Below are additional services we currently offer on race day to sport event promoters.
Please, contact us early enough (3-6 months before your event) to make sure we are available for your event. We provide free quotation.
If you hire us for on-site registration/results and additional services, we will send you formal letters of understanding describing all requested services and fees charged by La Roue d’Or, LLC. Signed forms need to be returned before we start the work (we reserve the right to ask a $250 deposit if you do not use our online pre-registration service). After any event, we send a financial result comprising our invoice with the exact charges. No post-event report is submitted to federations until all fees due to La Roue d'Or are paid in full. Prices indicated below include taxes and mailing expenses. There is no hidden fee!
Race Day Services
Race-day registration and result preparation are very daunting tasks for (inexperienced) volunteers. We have more than 10 years experience in running these tasks for sport promoters. Furthermore, we can easily follow up the work started during Online Pre-Registration, making registration very smooth to riders and promoters.
Our package includes:
- on-site registration and results (requires electrical power for printing jobs)
- post-event reports preparation and submission to federations
- a smiling French accent to people interacting with us ;-)
Cost: $200 per day + $0.46 per mile + $3 per rider registering on site*
* the charge per rider is to cover bib number, safety pins, and waiver printing costs, and for on site entry fees up to $45. Contact us if you entry fee is above $45.

Important Notes
Our fees do not include payment of permit application, insurance, referee, and license fees. These, as well as prize lists and eventual State, County, City, Police fees, etc..., remain the responsibility of organizers.
In case of failure by La Roue d’Or to provide any of the service described in a contract due to its own responsibility, we will remove the corresponding service charge(s) from the final invoice.
